“Having an US machine in office has improved the quality and rapidity in which I can deliver care to my patients.
Diagnosing meniscal injuries, rotator cuff tears, erosive arthritis etc., can now be done at the time of the visit.
Injections and aspirations are more accurate with US guidance. Patients love to see their ultrasounds and this has been a valuable source of teaching them about their disease. Who needs a model when you can see your own joint? I only regret not starting sooner.”
